Server Lag - Guild Wars Forums

Has Anet addressed to us (the consumers) the ever growing concern of increased server lag and err=7 occurances? I've had more err=7 messages the past week than i've had all 9 months that i've played GW.

I just spent literally 4 minutes in The Arid Sea, where my skills just stood there blinking, my chat wasn't responding, my character kept jumping around, walking while spining...and the worst part is, there is no mobs around. I'm completely out in the open.

edit: Has there been any talks of a server upgrade?
